High Grade Melts are processed with extreme care because obtaining the most accurate sample is vital.  Our highly trained, experienced technicians provide that sample consistently. ACC has both gas fired metal melters and induction metal melters for all gold and other precious metal needs.

• Large assortment of volume capacity
• Three gas fired melters: 50 lb., 125 lb. and 700 lb. capacity
• Three induction melters: 365 t/oz., 1,460 t/oz. and 2,500 t/oz. capacity
• Samples are taken using the glass rod method, granulated sampling techniques, and drilling the bars if necessary
• All customer lots can be melted individually and in varying volumes
